FAQ

What are your hours?

This is our most frequently asked question, and the answer can be a bit tricky due to our unique location. Situated within a concert venue, we’re typically open during both indoor and outdoor concerts. For indoor concerts, The Umbrella welcomes both ticket holders and the general public. This means you can shop with us even if you don’t have a ticket to the concert happening right next door! During outdoor concerts, our shop is exclusively open to ticket holders only.

Do you have hours outside of concerts?

Absolutely! In addition to concert days, we host our own events, including workshops and pop-ups. Stay in the loop by following us on social media or visiting the events page on our website.

Are you open for all concerts?

Almost all of them! There are only a few concerts when we’re closed, and you can stay updated by checking our social media or right here on our website.

Do you have an actual store location?

The Umbrella is our one and only store location.

Do you buy vintage?

It depends on what you're selling! Feel free to email us at theumbrellavintage@gmail.com with a few photos to give us an idea of what you have. We’re passionate about treasure hunting, so if you’ve got a house full of items for us to explore, we’re the ones for the job!

Do you sell umbrellas?

It might be a bit surprising, but we don’t actually sell umbrellas. When we came together to create a single shop, we needed to pick a name. Our inspiration came from our location at The Salt Shed, formerly The Morton Salt Factory. To honor the history, we decided to pay tribute to the fictional umbrella girl, Sara Peldon. Since umbrellas aren’t allowed in the concert venue, for now, all of ours are strictly for decor.
